I believe everyone deserves to feel supported and understood when it comes to their mental health. For over five years, I’ve dedicated my work in South Florida to helping people find the care and connection they need.

Through outreach, creative marketing, and genuine conversations, I do my best to make mental health support more accessible and less intimidating for our community here in Plantation.

I also love collaborating with others who share the same passion for ending the stigma around mental health. Together, we can build a stronger, more compassionate community that helps people feel seen and supported.

Most days, you’ll find me connecting with local providers, organizing events, or finding new ways to reach people who need a little encouragement to take that next step toward wellness.

Outside of work, I enjoy art, design, and any project that brings more creativity and hope into the world.
